Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Executive Functioning Coach
ABOUT ME
MY STYLE
My style is warm, direct, and down to earth. Perhaps the most common feedback I get from clients is that I am easy to talk to, and non-judgmental. From the moment I first meet with a client, I am focused on ensuring their comfort, protecting their feelings of safety, and finding ways to work together that can genuinely be transformative. I am known to use more than a little humor, which can bring levity and foster connection. I was a video artist prior to entering the mental health field, and I find that my creative side helps to keep the process lively and organic. I bring my authentic self and my own humanity to all aspects of my clinical work.
